The National Board for Children’s Books decided on the meeting at June 10, 2021, to nominate the following authors for IBBY Honour List 2022::
– in Writer category: Krunoslav Mikulan with the book The Dragon Below the Old City published by Naklada Ljevak, Zagreb, 2019
– in Illustrator category: Vanda Čižmek with the book Catch the Blue Bear for Me by Silvija Šesto published by Ibis grafika, Zagreb, 2018
– in Translator category: Mirjana Bračko with the book The Trembling Knight published by Ibis grafika, Zagreb, 2020
